Delphine is part of Ogier's Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg and advises multinational clients, notably private equity firms, financial institutions and investment funds, on cross-border and domestic financings. She is experienced in leveraged finance, with a strong focus on real estate / acquisition finance and fund finance, especially in relation to private equity deals.
Background and experience
Delphine focuses on all aspects of financings with a Luxembourg nexus, from the first structuring steps to the final implementation of the financing, including negotiating the terms of all types of loan agreements and other finance documents such as security documents.
She co-chairs the “Financing in PE” sub-group for the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA) and is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
Delphine has co-authored a number of legal guides and publications on financing and debt capital markets in Luxembourg.
Prior to joining Ogier, she worked for six years for the Luxembourg office of a Benelux law firm. Before that, she worked for a top tier Luxembourg independent law firm for three years.
Delphine started her career in Paris in 2011 and worked for a leading US law firm in New York in 2019.
Delphine graduated with a Maîtrise en droit des affaires from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University (France) and a Master 2 in comparative business law from Lyon 2 University (France) and University of Montreal (Canada).
She is qualified in France and Luxembourg and is fluent in English and French and has some basic knowledge of Portuguese.
