Jennifer is a Partner in the Investment Funds team at Ogier in Dublin. Jennifer advises asset managers, investment firms and financial institutions on the structuring, establishment and ongoing operation of Irish domiciled investment vehicles across a broad range of assets classes.
Background and experience
Jennifer advises on the legal and regulatory issues relating to the establishment and ongoing operation of investment funds in Ireland. Jennifer has extensive experience advising on all types of UCITS and AIFs including funds of funds, master feeders, loan origination and managed account platforms across a range of structures (including ICAVs, PLCs, unit trusts and ILPs). She also advises on the establishment, ongoing operation and regulation of AIFMs and UCITS management companies.
Jennifer has particular expertise in the areas of sustainable finance, specifically in relation to the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR), and fund finance.
A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, prior to joining Ogier Jennifer worked in another leading international law firm in Dublin for more than 11 years.
