Since joining Ogier in 2017 much of his practice has been focused on the UK real estate market where he works on both vendor and buyer sides of real estate transactions involving Jersey companies and Jersey property unit trusts (JPUTs).
Kevin's corporate clients include those in the listed space, PE houses and private companies. In corporate finance he works on both borrower and lender side of financing transactions, advising clients in both the private and listed space and often with an emerging markets angle.
Before joining Ogier in March 2017, Kevin was part of ENSafrica's corporate and commercial department, where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions, both in the listed and unlisted environment, and particularly in the mineral resources and property industries. Before joining ENSafrica in 2011, Kevin obtained his Master's degree in law from the University of Florida, before which he graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2008 with his LLB.
