  • Background & experience

    Lucy joined Ogier in 2001 where she trained and qualified as an English Solicitor specialising in structured finance, listing services and banking and finance work.

    Lucy was a banking and finance lawyer with Ogier for over 10 years and worked on a wide range of structured finance transactions and more general corporate and commercial work, including listings and corporate restructurings. Lucy also undertook a secondment at Clifford Chance LLP in its Debt Capital Markets practice.

    Prior to re-joining Ogier in January 2018, Lucy worked at The International Stock Exchange for three years as the Technical Manager, providing assistance and support to the Listing and Membership Committee in maintaining and updating the Listing Rules.

    Lucy is a member of the Law Society of England & Wales.

    Lucy graduated from Exeter University in 2000 with an LLB (Honours) and completed her Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in 2004.
