Raulin Amy

Raulin is a partner in the Corporate team and is also the Practice Partner of Ogier's Jersey office. Raulin is involved in a wide range of local and international corporate M&A, capital markets transactions including several high profile IPOs, joint ventures, restructuring transactions as well as advising on private equity and other related matters. He has a particular interest in the real estate and natural resources sectors although his clients range from banks, airlines, mining companies and infrastructure funds right through to local trust companies and utilities in Jersey. He is also a member of the banking team undertaking predominantly borrower side work for corporate clients.

He is a director of Ogier Corporate Finance Limited, which acts as sponsor to issuers listing securities on The International Stock Exchange (formerly the Channel Islands Securities Exchange), and has significant experience in listing securities both on The International Stock Exchange and the Cayman Stock Exchange.

Raulin is an English Solicitor, Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey and Notary Public. A member of the Jersey Law Society, he joined Ogier in 2000 and became a partner in 2007. He gained his LLB Hons from the University of Birmingham, England in 1996.
