Background and experience

Tristanna joined Ogier in October 2020 as an Articled Clerk. Previously she worked with a large international firm on island as a Vice President.

There, she specialised in liquidation services to a wide range of companies and limited partnerships including hedge funds, private equity funds and structured finance vehicles in the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands.

Simultaneously, Tristanna underwent and completed her degree in Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Liverpool in 2016 and; in 2019, she obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction from Oxford Brookes University.

Tristanna was awarded the O.L. Panton Memorial Prize for best performance over the Professional Practice Course and the Attorney General’s Trophy for best performance in the Qualifying Examination.

Tristanna was previously employed at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority as a Banking Analyst.

Tristanna also holds a Bachelor of Finance and Computer Science degree from Webber International University. She’s a Notary Public in the Cayman Islands and a member of INSOL International, the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association of the Cayman Islands and the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association.
