Three graduates of Ogier's tailored articled clerk programme have been promoted to become associates of the firm. Tristanna Mascal, Raedean Simpson, and Ghita Moyle have now joined the law firm's teams in the Caribbean.

Tristanna joins the Corporate team, while Raedean and Ghita join the Dispute Resolution team.

Ogier's articled clerk programme operates to the standards set by the Cayman Islands Attorney General and Legal Advisory Council, trainees rotate into contentious and non-contentious areas of the practice over 18 months.

Partner and head of training Christopher Levers said: "Many congratulations to Tristanna, Raedean, and Ghita. We're extremely pleased to have them join the firm following the successful completion of their training. At Ogier, we're proud to offer tailored training programmes to develop homegrown talent. We recognise that the path to qualifying as a lawyer should be flexible and meet our trainee's needs and personal circumstances. The stream of high-quality associates we are able to welcome into our teams, and their subsequent career progression, is a real testament to the success of these schemes. Our trainees continue to qualify and become the associates, and ultimately leaders, of Ogier's future."
