The inaugural London International Investigations & Asset Recovery Conference (LIIARC) will be taking place on 21-23 November 2023.

Jeremy Snead and Anna Snead of Ogier are on the steering committee for LIIARC and will be presenting a session alongside Nicholas Brookes with Alvarez & Marsal and Mayer Brown on Thursday 23 November 'Tracking down "your slice of paradise" from London'.  Please join Mayer Brown, Alvarez & Marsal and Ogier for a case study based on an amalgamation of experiences and involving investigations into an investment swindle perpetrated from the City of London, reaching into the Caribbean, featuring private islands, yachts and perhaps a hint of crypto. 

James Angus will be joining a panel alongside Pinsent Masons on Wednesday 22 November at 17:00 - 'Fighting on all fronts: managing FCA regulatory obligations during fraud investigations and litigation' 

Rebecca McNulty will be joining Grant Thorntons Career Clinic on Thursday 23 November at 15:00. 

Ronan McGoldrick and Audrey Bertolotti will be joining Osborne Clarke on Wednesday 22 November at 12:30 discussing 'Enforcement: Recent developments and devising effective strategies'.
