Matt leads Ogier’s Private Wealth practice globally and is widely recognised for advising high net worth families, trustees and family offices on sophisticated cross border structures. He is co-author of Guernsey Trust Law, the only text dedicated exclusively to trust and foundation law under Guernsey legislation and is regularly engaged in designing and implementing bespoke trust restructurings.
Chaired by Richard Wilson KC of Serle Court, this session will address:
Richard has appeared in many of the most significant trust cases of recent years, including Futter v Futter and Gany v Khan. His practice spans major offshore jurisdictions and frequently involves complex private international law issues. He has appeared before the Privy Council and appellate courts across key trust centres and regularly advises in high value cross border disputes.
