Nominations now open for Ogier-sponsored Guernsey Property and Construction Awards 2021

The Guernsey Property and Construction Awards are back for 2021 and nominations are now open for the Ogier-sponsored event.

Having been cancelled last year due to the pandemic, the island's leading showcase for talent in the property development and construction industries is once again welcoming nominations ahead of its awards evening on Thursday 4 November.

There are nine categories and the awards are free to enter. The judging panel will feature a selection of industry experts, including Ogier partner and Guernsey property specialist Martyn Baudains.

“It’s so good to see the Guernsey Property and Construction Awards back this year and I’m delighted that Ogier is once again the gold sponsor of the event. We know that 2020 was a good year for the local property market but it was also a very tough year for the island’s construction industry – and how the industry confronted those challenges is certainly worthy of recognition and celebration," he said.

"I’m really excited about returning to the judging panel and seeing the outstanding achievements across the categories.”

The public nomination period will run until 27th August and the awards will take place at Guernsey’s St Pierre Park Hotel.
