Listing Services

Ogier was a founder member of TISE when it launched in 1998 and has sponsored a fifth of all securities, bonds and special purpose vehicles listed on the exchange.

With a prominent share of the listings activity on TISE to date, the Ogier listings team is uniquely placed to provide clients with a listing service which draws on its experience of dealing with the exchange over many years, which includes former TISEA listing managers.

Our team, which includes former TISEA listing managers, assists in relation to the listing of a broad range of debt securities. Current listings include loan and payment-in-kind notes, equity-linked notes, convertible notes, high-yield bonds, Eurobonds and warrants. TISE is also open to new product lines and structures.

TISE offers a fast and effective listings service for debt securities, together with equity securities issued by trading companies and investment vehicles, such as UK REITs. Our close relationship with TISE means that we are able to provide our clients with an efficient, cost-effective service to meet their listing requirements.

Advantages to listing on TISE include the following:

• unlike other European stock exchanges, TISE is not bound by any EU listings directives or regulations and, as a result, it is able to be considerably more flexible in its approach
• TISE offers a personalised approach and fast-track processing of listing applications within a highly regulated and innovative marketplace.
• the securities admitted to the Official List of TISE include diverse legal structures, such as protected cell companies and limited partnerships, and a wide variety of investment vehicles including Eurobonds, hedge funds, property funds, structured debt, warrants and special purpose vehicles.
• TISE has become the exchange of choice for a growing number of international issuers.
• TISE offers a TISE Sustainable market segment which is open to issuers which have listed securities on TISE whose proceeds are explicitly for the purpose of financing sustainable businesses, investments or projects generating a positive environmental impact

Ogier has been a full listing agent on the CSX since 2004. Advantages to listing on the CSX include:

• listing rules that are tailored to an institutional investor-based market and are not bound by EU directives
• a streamlined and cost-competitive listing process
• the CSX's specialisms in the listing of mutual funds, hedge funds, structured debt securities, Eurobonds, Islamic products, preferred shares, depository receipts, derivative warrants, and international equity

Selecting the appropriate exchange will involve a number of factors (including investor requirements). Both Euronext Dublin and the Vienna Stock Exchange are attractive options for Irish issuers across a variety of structures ranging from corporate bond issuances to asset backed debt securities. Both exchanges offer a supportive regulatory environment, broad market access, potential cost savings, enhanced visibility.

Ogier in Ireland is an authorised listing agent for Euronext Dublin with expertise listing on both the Global Exchange Market and the Regulated Market. 

For Regulated Market listings, which require compliance with the Prospectus Regulation, our team is well placed to manage the approval process with the Central Bank of Ireland.
