Four partners from Ogier's global Dispute Resolution team will join panel discussions on key issues related to offshore restructuring and cross-border insolvency in a jointly sponsored conference with South Square on 21 March 2019 at The Law Society, London.
Ogier partner Marc Kish, who heads Ogier's Insolvency team in the Caribbean and Asia, and Ogier's head of BVI dispute resolution Brian Lacy will speak on "Navigating Offshore: The latest developments in offshore restructuring techniques".
The second panel will explore the use of court appointed receivers in offshore insolvency and asset recovery scenarios. Ogier's Head of Dispute Resolution in Jersey, Nick Williams, will speak alongside partner Mathew Newman, who leads Ogier's Guernsey Dispute Resolution team.
