Advocate Sandie Lyne promoted in Ogier's top-tier Guernsey disputes team

Advocate Sandie Lyne has been promoted to managing associate within Ogier's top-tier Dispute Resolution team in Guernsey.

Sandie, who was sworn in as a Guernsey advocate in the Royal Court last November, is president of the Guernsey International Legal Association.

Advocate Mathew Newman, partner in Ogier's Guernsey Dispute Resolution team, said: "Sandie is an excellent lawyer and her recent qualification as a Guernsey advocate demonstrates her commitment, enthusiasm and energy."

Sandie specialises in cross-border contentious trusts, insolvency and regulatory matters, acting for a diverse range of clients including trustees, licensed fiduciaries, beneficiaries, high net worth individuals as well as international banks and insolvency practitioners.

With the recent addition of experienced litigator Bryan De Verneuil-Smith, a specialist in financial services, trusts, insolvency, regulatory and complex commercial disputes, Ogier's Guernsey Dispute Resolution team now has seven Guernsey advocates, all with significant court and Guernsey law advisory experience.
