Legal 500 sees four teams promoted and 19 lawyers recognised from Ogier's Guernsey team

Four of Ogier's service line teams have been promoted in the latest rankings by noted legal directory Legal 500 which see the Dispute Resolution team ranked in the top tier, and five of the firm's partners named as "Leading Individuals".

Partners Marcus Leese, Martyn Baudains, Bryon Rees and Simon Davies are all identified as "Leading Individuals" in the directory, which recognises 19 of the firm's lawyers from partner through to associate level.

The firm's Dispute Resolution, Employment, Insurance and Investment Funds teams were all promoted in the Legal 500 rankings, which are compiled from submissions and thousands of interviews with clients including general counsel and private practice lawyers.

Advocate Marcus Leese, the firm's managing partner in Guernsey who leads the Banking team which is described by client feedback as "a cut above the competition", said that the directory reflected the strength, breadth and growth of Ogier.
