London International Disputes Week 2026

This year's London International Disputes Week will welcome delegates from around the world to network, learn and discuss at one of the largest global gatherings of the international disputes community.

For 2026, LIDW will dive into the key issues and trends across the international disputes community, exploring the theme of "tradition, trust and transformation in international dispute resolution". The programme includes panels, seminars, networking opportunities and a mix of member-hosted events. 

12 experts from Ogier's global Dispute Resolution and Corporate teams will be in attendance, including partners Sarah Latham, Racheal Muldoon and Jennifer Fox, who join this year's line up of speakers.

Digital asset recovery specialist Jen will join the CFAAR panel "Crypto disputes without borders", which will explore how crypto-asset disputes are evolving across the Cayman Islands, BVI, Singapore, Ireland, the Middle East and the UK. 

Restructuring and Insolvency expert Sarah will share her experiences, tips and tricks when it comes to cross-border recognition of insolvency proceedings in "20 Years of the CBIR: the Perks and Pitfalls of Cross-border Insolvency Recognition". 

Meanwhile Racheal, a globally recognised leader in AI and emerging technologies, will be on the "AI disputes and developments across five jurisdictions" panel, which will consider how AI is impacting five key international jurisdictions. The panellists will also share their own experiences with AI.
