Additional Ogier Partners recognised in Legal 500

The Legal 500 rankings have been released and Ogier are delighted to announce that both Guernsey & Jersey have maintained their current rankings. An additional two partners have been recognised for the first time as leading individuals including Jonathan Hughes (Property Law, Jersey) and Frances Watson (Investment Funds, Guernsey).

In Guernsey, Ogier retained its Tier 1 ranking in Commercial & Banking, its Tier 2 ranking for Investment Funds and Dispute Resolution and Tier 3 rankings for Private Client and Trusts, Employment and Insurance.

For the first time Guernsey has been ranked for its expertise in insurance, with Frances Watson being described as a "stand-out" lawyer and as a leading individual for Investment Funds.

Ogier in Jersey has maintained its Tier 1 rankings in Banking & Finance, Commercial Property, Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Private Client and Trust and Structured Finance.  In addition the Tier 2 ranking for Employment and Investment Funds cement Ogier's position as a leading full service legal firm.
 
In Jersey Jonathan Hughes, is described as "one of the islands best property lawyers" and has been recognised as a leading individual for Commercial Property.

The Legal 500 rankings also highlight the 'Leading Individuals' in their area of expertise.
